You Are Not (Merely) Excused

In “You Are Not Excused”, part four of the REAL ID series, we explore the depth of Christ's work on the cross. Far beyond simply excusing or forgiving our sin, Jesus completely canceled it, nailing our debt to the cross and silencing all condemnation. Drawing from Colossians 2:13-15, this message reveals the power and finality of God’s grace, leaving us clean, redeemed, and free to live under His victory over sin and darkness.

From Series: "Real ID"

In today’s world, many struggle with feelings of inadequacy, shame, and a distorted sense of identity. The REAL ID sermon series dives deep into understanding who we are in Christ and the powerful truth of how God sees us. Over the course of seven weeks, we will unpack the lies that distort our self-worth and explore the Bible's transformative message of grace, forgiveness, and restoration. Through stories like that of Mephibosheth and King David, we will see how God offers to remove the labels of shame, guilt, and brokenness and instead invites us to embrace our true identity as His children. Each week, we’ll confront different sources of false identity and discover how to walk in the freedom and purpose that God has prepared for us. Whether you've struggled with shame, fear, or simply feeling “not enough,” this series will equip you with God’s truth to reclaim your REAL ID in Christ.
